Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. While we don’t offer refunds at this time, we’re happy to provide an exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To start an exchange, simply send the item back to us with a note including your full name and email address. Once we receive it, we’ll take care of the rest and get your store credit on the way.

Please note:

• Items purchased from the Sale section and specialty or limited-edition items (including holiday releases like 4th of July or Valentine’s designs) are not eligible for exchange.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll cover the shipping on your replacement item.

• Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
